The sixth layer is the reality of discernment and equanimity.
As opportunities and possibilities expand by liberating ourselves from previous conditioning, discernment is the only way. Discernment has multiple dimensions; mind and heart, ourselves and the other, ourselves and life, emotion and intuition.
The practice of discernment expands and aligns our intuition. More and more, we’re able to let go of the mind. Questions we had before don’t require an answer anymore as more and more questions fade away.
Equanimity is the ability to remain centered or calm inside when our surroundings are firing up. These surroundings can be external, but often it is our presence that is required when the agenda of our partners of co-creation are challenged and dense emotions arise.
Are we able to act and respond, instead of re-acting the same pattern? “Respons-ability” in that sense is our ability-to-respond. Equanimity is the measure for self-mastery and it can only be accomplished by letting go of the mind.
Dance after dance, we cultivate and nurture our presence and worthiness. When we’re not present, life reminds us. We connect more fully to our beingness and explore the unfolding of an ever-changing dream. This dream is the manifestation of the most natural expression of our being.
